Description
The ATE Test Engineer will develop and implement automatic test equipment for USB controllers, wide-VIN, and Power over Ethernet devices, including test plans, characterizing programs, ATE hardware interfaces, silicon qualification, debugging, yield analysis, and test-time optimization. The role collaborates with design, production, and manufacturing teams to support product qualification and volume production, with a focus on mixed-signal circuit testing and robust, cost-effective test solutions.
