Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Test Engineering Associate Manager to lead a team of Test Method Engineers, engineers, and subject matter experts responsible for designing, verifying, and qualifying phased-array antennas and subsystems. The role manages near-field RF test facilities, test coordination and staffing, capital improvements, test automation, proposal cost estimates, and process improvement while partnering with program, systems, and supply-chain teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of radar antenna or RF subsystem test engineering experience, three or more years of supervisory experience, and a government security clearance; a master’s degree and relevant automation or test-automation experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
