Flex is hiring a Test Engineering Manager in Prai, Penang to manage testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications; coordinate electronic engineering and technical personnel; develop and calibrate test equipment; evaluate test data; resolve yield and testing problems; train test technicians; and manage testing risks and project delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training, typically at least seven years of engineering experience including supervision, with a master’s or MBA preferred.
