Flex is hiring a Test Engineering Manager in Fontana, California, to lead the testing of substation control house projects and supervise test technicians. The role manages testing schedules, procedures, reports, equipment, quality failures, safety, and troubleshooting while performing power testing of protective relay panels, medium-voltage switchgear, breakers, communication systems, HMIs, transfer switches, fire alarms, and air-conditioning components. Candidates need an electrical technical degree, hands-on AC/DC functional testing experience, at least five years of related experience, and team leadership experience; NETA certification is a plus. The position offers domestic relocation eligibility, visa sponsorship, and a base salary of $122,600 to $168,600 annually.
