Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Test Engineering Manager in its Lunar Permanence business unit to lead a consolidated Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team supporting lunar programs. The role combines people management and technical leadership, including EGSE rack design, build, and commissioning; multidisciplinary development and verification testing; engineering coordination and triage; test procedure execution; and accountability for hardware and personnel safety. The position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, 2+ years managing technical teams or functional groups, and 6+ years of relevant spaceflight experience, with approximately 25% travel and occasional periods up to 50%.
