Eaton is hiring a Test Engineering Manager to lead testing strategy and a team of engineers and technicians at its Thomas A. Edison Technical Center Power Test Lab. The role involves medium-voltage, high-power, high-voltage, and thermal testing; influencing product design; developing and implementing advanced laboratory capabilities; mentoring talent; and improving testing processes and safety. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least four years of experience in electrical testing or medium- or high-voltage product design, with professional engineering licensure, seven years of experience, test-system development, Six Sigma, lab automation, and electrical modeling experience preferred.
