Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of Test Engineers supporting environmental, mechanical, and explosive testing across the product life cycle. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role manages test planning, execution, data analysis, troubleshooting, qualification readiness, resource allocation, risk escalation, and continuous improvement while developing engineers and supporting customer and program activities. The position is first-shift and on-site in Moorpark, California, with a salary range of $150,000–$190,000 per year.
