Description
Thea Energy is hiring a Test Engineering Manager to lead hardware verification and validation for superconducting magnets, cryogenic systems, and high-vacuum components in a fusion energy environment. The role owns the test strategy, leads and mentors engineers and technicians, oversees custom test stands, analyzes complex datasets, coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams, and establishes commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and safety procedures. Candidates need 7–10+ years of hardware-centric test engineering experience, a BS or MS in a relevant field, leadership experience, and expertise in LabVIEW and Python. Compensation is $145,000–$185,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
