Description
DTCC is hiring a Lead Software Development Test Engineer for its IT CSS Equities Delivery team. The role leads scalable test automation across UI, API, database, and integration layers; develops Selenium Java and SQL automation; supports Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations and containerized, microservices-based platforms; and provides technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field or equivalent experience, and strong test automation, programming, database, SQL, CI/CD, and technical leadership capabilities. The role offers a hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days, along with health and life insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and an annual incentive.
