Description
Infineon is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing and validation of manufacturing processes. The role involves defining annual objectives, allocating resources, achieving KPI targets, improving processes, developing and motivating subordinates, enforcing quality and safety regulations, assessing risks, collaborating with organizational units, and supporting zero-defect philosophies. Candidates should have an engineering degree, 3–5 years of engineering experience, 3–5 years of managerial experience, knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean, 5S, and QMS, and intermediate English with native Hungarian.
