The Test Engineering Manager leads and oversees Test Engineering personnel, plans and supervises complex test activities, develops test methods and procedures, coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other organizations, and provides technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers. The role requires a secret security clearance, at least five years of supervisory or leadership experience, relevant test or production manufacturing knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline. The full-time position offers a salary range of $85,300 to $158,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
