Description
Eaton is hiring a Test Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift for its El Paso, Texas manufacturing site. The role supports the Test Engineer by setting up, operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating electrical test equipment; collecting and documenting test data; following safety and quality procedures; supporting operator training; and assisting with MSA, GR&R, and SPC activities. The position requires an associate degree or technical certification in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field, at least one year of manufacturing or testing experience, bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and familiarity with electrical circuits, test equipment, PLCs, LabView, and data collection systems. The 4:00 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. shift pays $23.92 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential, with variable incentive eligibility.
