BETA Technologies is hiring a Test Engineering Technician for its battery team in St. Albans, Vermont to support a high-throughput aerospace test facility focused on electric aviation. The role involves setting up, executing, cleaning up, and documenting environmental tests on aircraft components and battery packs, assembling test fixtures, maintaining and troubleshooting test equipment, and following detailed procedures and safety requirements. The position requires a two-year engineering degree or equivalent technical experience, hands-on aptitude with tools and drawings, and familiarity with Microsoft applications, with preferred experience in CAD, Python, high-voltage battery systems, DO-160, and aerospace verification testing.
