L3Harris is hiring a Test Engineering Technician C in Malabar, Florida, to support test engineering and production operations. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment and systems used to evaluate components, assemblies, and finished products, including avionic CCAs. The technician will work under general supervision, optimize test processes with engineers, use measurement tools, document findings, follow safety procedures, and occasionally work weekends, off shifts, or overtime. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either six years of relevant prior experience or two years of related experience after a post-secondary or associate degree, along with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
