Description
The Test Engineer develops and qualifies test kits and test stations, maintains and improves production test equipment, analyzes test failures and product yield, supports R&D and quality engineering, and contributes to capacity planning, SPC monitoring, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, and familiarity with optoelectronics testing, electrical analysis, and quality methodologies.
