Description
This role is responsible for steering, coordinating, and executing the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of test equipment and related software. The position owns test concepts for components, sub-assemblies, devices, and systems; supports requirement and test specifications; supervises development with standard components; manages documentation and continuous improvement actions; collaborates across regions; and leads, supports, and evaluates employees while participating in hiring and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
