Description
The Corporate Banking Analyst supports clients in raising capital in the capital markets and provides strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The role also intermediates client trading, analyzes financial data, prepares recommendations and statistical exhibits, conducts economic and financial research, evaluates company performance, and assesses risk while maintaining compliance and ethical standards. It is a full-time intermediate position requiring 0–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
