Description
The Supervising Test Technician leads and schedules a team of test technicians during the final assembly of electrical control and distribution equipment, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, factory acceptance testing, and client witness testing. The role requires advanced knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear, IEEE and ANSI standards, electrical schematics, safety procedures, and manufacturing documentation, along with leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. It is an FLSA non-exempt, hourly production-floor position requiring extended standing, machinery work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
