Description
ABB is hiring a Test Lead to lead and grow its Product Integration Test team for a global Process Control Platform. The role focuses on developing automated testing solutions for embedded controllers, engineering components, backend services, communication layers, software libraries, and complex platform functionality, while ensuring quality across redundancy, hot swap, cybersecurity, safety, performance, and system stability. The Test Lead will also develop and improve the PIT test framework, coordinate test activities, report quality metrics, and act as Scrum Master. The position requires software and hardware test leadership experience, physical product testing experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, automated testing and framework experience, knowledge of containerized environments, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps, plus Swedish and English communication skills.
