ABB is hiring a Test Lead to lead and grow its Product Integration Test team of 6–7 engineers and drive automated testing for embedded controllers, engineering components, backend services, communication layers, software libraries, and complex process-control platform functionality. The role owns the PIT test framework, test strategy, quality coverage, reporting, and coordination with development and testing organizations, while also serving as Scrum Master. Candidates need prior test leadership experience, experience testing physical products and systems, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, hands-on automated testing and framework experience, knowledge of containerized environments, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps, scripting and basic software development experience, and Swedish and English communication skills.
