Coherent Corp is hiring a Test Engineer - Maintenance to establish, maintain, and improve test equipment and hardware supporting manufacturing operations. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment qualification, software and hardware debugging, Gage R&R and correlation studies, SPC monitoring, automation, reliability improvements, spare-parts management, and training for manufacturing support teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least one year of experience in equipment maintenance, testing, or testing methodologies, and strong computer hardware, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
