Description
The ATE Test Engineer will establish and improve automated test strategies, troubleshoot test boards and testers, analyze customer failure samples, develop countermeasures, maintain test-station performance, and train technicians. The role requires knowledge of ATE tester platforms such as Teradyne ETS-800, Advantest T2000, T3347, Fusion-CX, and LTX, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, and at least one year of experience with ATE systems, hardware or software integration, and production test methodologies; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and overseas travel may be required.
