Description
The Test Maintenance Engineer maintains and troubleshoots semiconductor test equipment and hardware to support production operations. Responsibilities include repairing, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on testers and test boards; investigating root causes of production, yield, and test-performance issues; coordinating equipment recovery; and leading continuous-improvement initiatives to improve equipment utilization, OEE, and operational efficiency. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field, basic electronic-circuit and test-equipment knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
