Description
The role manages the test maintenance area and tester build plan, supports product engineering for yield and process improvement, drives technical projects, improves test-area efficiency, and leads a team toward cost savings and engineering KPIs. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent, at least two years of managerial experience in a mass-production environment, computer literacy, communication skills, knowledge of testing or related areas, and the ability to evaluate engineering tradeoffs and software-impact on maintainability. The position is 100% onsite.
