ARaymond is hiring an on-site Test Manager to plan, coordinate, conduct, and manage testing for complex interdisciplinary systems involving software, mechatronics, fluid dynamics, and electronics. The role includes developing test strategies and plans, analyzing and documenting results, troubleshooting with engineering teams, optimizing performance, maintaining quality compliance, and using test automation tools. A completed engineering-related degree and several years of test management experience are required, along with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
