Description
ARaymond is seeking an experienced Test Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and document testing for complex interdisciplinary systems spanning software, mechatronics, fluid dynamics, and electronics. The role involves developing test strategies and plans, analyzing results, troubleshooting with engineering teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. A completed engineering degree and several years of test-management experience are required, along with software testing, test automation, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. This is a long-term, on-site role with a 35–40 hour flexible work week and benefits including collective-agreement compensation, vacation, pension, health budget, canteen, bike leasing, and parking.
