ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is seeking an experienced Test Manager in Argentina to support a major U.S. health insurance customer by developing and maintaining automation test strategy, coordinating test processes with product management, and leading functional, regression, and automation quality control activities across complex, multi-product environments. The role requires 5–7 years in software testing, at least 3 years in leadership, strong QA methodology knowledge, experience with JIRA, Postman, SQL, CI/CD, and automation patterns, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.
