Description
PoloWorks is recruiting a Test Manager for the Marco IT Team to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of a group-wide testing and quality assurance framework across Marco Capital. The role covers test strategy, governance, planning, execution, delivery oversight, risk management, reporting, security and compliance, and coordination with project teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and third-party partners. It is a hands-on position spanning the full testing lifecycle and requires extensive experience in regulated financial services, enterprise testing frameworks, and testing across cloud, infrastructure and business-critical applications.
