Description
The Senior Test Manager will own quality assurance for a complex legacy mainframe Assembler-to-Java/SQL modernization project. The role defines and executes a multi-layered testing strategy, orchestrates testing across deployment phases, leads distributed test teams in Switzerland, Poland, and India, aligns with stakeholders, and improves QA automation and efficiency within an Agile/SAFe environment. The contract runs from October 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027, and requires 15+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and expertise in mainframe migration, testing methodologies, Xray, Jira, and global delivery frameworks.
