Description

Texas Instruments is hiring a Production Test Engineer to develop and implement production testing and evaluation methods, create test plans, troubleshoot device performance issues, build automated test processes and fixtures, analyze yield, and lead silicon test and validation activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, ATE expertise, probe card hardware and circuit design experience, and software development experience, along with experience with specified semiconductor testing tools and platforms.
