The role supports R&D and manufacturing by testing, qualifying, troubleshooting, and analyzing power-supply components and products. Responsibilities include managing factory component qualification, coordinating with R&D and suppliers, documenting failures, improving testing and manufacturing processes, maintaining test equipment, and training technicians. The position requires an engineering or science degree, experience with automated test systems, electronic and electro-mechanical testing, PCBA troubleshooting, and power-supply industry knowledge.
