PTA GmbH is hiring a Test Manager / IT Consultant Test Management to lead testing activities in IT and business consulting projects. The role develops test strategies and plans, coordinates test teams and resources, monitors execution and quality, manages defects, reports to customer stakeholders, and continuously improves testing processes. Candidates need a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, several years of test-management experience, team-coordination experience, knowledge of testing tools and basic test automation, defect-management and root-cause-analysis skills, and strong German and English skills. The position is available in multiple German cities and offers a hybrid model with travel to customers three days per week; the stated annual salary is €50,000–€70,000.
