Description
Devoteam Morocco is hiring a Test Manager to define and govern software quality and test automation strategy, architect automated testing frameworks, manage and develop testing teams, oversee test campaigns and quality milestones, collaborate with project and technical stakeholders, and drive QA process improvement. The role requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field, 12 years of experience including significant automation and team leadership experience, and French and English technical proficiency. Required technical skills include Playwright, Robot Framework, Python, Java, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, CI/CD, REST APIs, microservices, and Agile methodologies.
