Capco is hiring a Test Manager - QA (BFSI) in India to define and own the end-to-end testing strategy for a large, multi-market financial services program. The role plans incremental testing, coordinates market test leads, manages defects and executive reporting, establishes UAT and production release criteria, and ensures governance across parallel SIT and UAT cycles. Required capabilities include test planning and strategy design, RWA and Basel/Pillar 3 experience, multi-market stakeholder management, delivery discipline for multi-country programs, and structured defect management.
