Robert Bosch seeks a hands-on Test Manager / Test Coordinator to lead a global automotive software test organization. The role manages manual and automated testing, continuous testing in CI/CD, vehicle-level testing across cloud, edge, device, and vehicle software, defect triage, quality reporting, test environments and resources, compliance with automotive standards, and continuous improvement. It also includes mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with global engineering, customer, supplier, and end-user teams.
