Description
The Test Operations Strategy Manager owns and manages the long-term strategic sourcing of critical wafer test and final test capacity. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and business operations stakeholders; reviews test roadmaps and risks; prepares long-term planning documentation; monitors capacity expansions; and manages forecast uncertainties. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, along with at least five years of semiconductor test experience and three years of supply chain planning experience.
