Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Test Operator to perform in-circuit, functional, and system-level testing of PCB assemblies. The role involves operating ICT, functional, boundary-scan, and other automated or manual test equipment; verifying electrical and functional performance; documenting results and failures; escalating issues; maintaining equipment; following ESD, MSD, and safety protocols; supporting NPI and engineering builds; and contributing to yield, throughput, and reliability improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of electronics manufacturing or test operations experience, and basic electronics and test-instrument skills. It is an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekends as needed, pays $20–$25 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.
