Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time F-16 Test Pilot to support the F-16 test squadron at Edwards Air Force Base. The role involves engineering, production, and flight-test support; flight-test planning, run-card development, execution, reporting, cockpit configuration approval, and customer or government demonstration flights. The pilot will also provide mature leadership and guidance for the F-16 program and may expand to other aircraft projects. Required qualifications include an FAA commercial pilot certificate, current FAA Class I or II medical certificate, 1,000 hours of first-pilot time in a tactical aircraft, DOD Test Pilot School graduation, F-16 flying experience, willingness to travel, and a valid U.S. passport. The position offers a full-time salary range of $166,900 to $309,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
