Description
York Space Systems is hiring a Test Platforms Engineering Manager to lead a team of 5–7 engineers developing and maintaining three full-stack test platforms: a test execution platform, a test artifact management and visualization application, and a spacecraft simulation GUI. The role manages product roadmaps, release cadence, requirements, integration, deployment, reliability, and software quality while contributing directly to code and reviewing engineers’ work. It requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related field, at least four years of software engineering experience, full-stack development expertise, and experience leading software teams.
