ESM Prep is hiring Test Prep or Academic Mentors to provide one-on-one college-preparation support, including ACT and SAT exam preparation and tutoring in high school subjects. The role is part-time, typically available on weekday evenings after 3 pm and/or weekends, with most work online and in-person tutoring required at students' homes. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, prior ACT/SAT tutoring experience, reliable internet access, and availability for a full school year or longer. Compensation is $60-$70 per hour, with travel reimbursement, training and administrative compensation, flexible scheduling, remote-work opportunities, and a pathway to full-time employment.
