Description
The role develops, executes, and optimizes test processes to verify semiconductor product functionality and quality. Responsibilities include test setup, data and failure analysis, documentation, manufacturing-process control, yield and quality improvement, defect reduction, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, knowledge of basic electronics, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment; relevant ATE experience is a plus, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
