Description
Molex is seeking a Test Software Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico, to design and maintain Python-based test software and systems for the OPTO division. The role supports production continuity and high-volume manufacturing through test infrastructure development, statistical analysis, equipment troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, test-process transfer, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Engineering. It is a full-time, fully on-site position requiring a relevant engineering or computer science degree, at least five years of experience, strong Python skills, familiarity with C/C++/C#, statistical reporting, and strong English communication.
