Micron is hiring a Test Solutions Engineer to own NAND Flash memory test programs and ensure readiness for new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing. The role develops wafer and package functional test strategies, optimizes device yield, reliability, quality, test time, and production flows, and integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field, strong C/C++/Python programming skills, and semiconductor industry experience or an internship is preferred.
