Micron is hiring a High Bandwidth Memory Test Engineer to develop, debug, and maintain parallel test software and hardware for advanced memory devices. The role covers HBM test algorithms, automated test equipment, new-product-introduction and pre/post-silicon tasks, test automation, yield and quality analysis, root-cause debugging, and cross-functional process improvement. Candidates should have electrical engineering experience, knowledge of digital systems and HBM or DRAM, programming experience with Python and C/C++, semiconductor device knowledge, and familiarity with Unix/Linux. The position also requires proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-enabled engineering tools.
