Description
Micron is hiring a High Bandwidth Memory Test Engineer to develop, debug, and maintain parallel test software and hardware for advanced memory devices. The role covers HBM test algorithms, automated test equipment, new-product-introduction and pre/post-silicon tasks, test automation, yield and quality analysis, root-cause debugging, and cross-functional process improvement. Candidates should have electrical engineering experience, knowledge of digital systems and logic, programming experience with C/C++ and Python, semiconductor device knowledge, and familiarity with HBM or DRAM architectures. The position also requires proficiency with AI-enabled engineering tools.
