CoolIT Systems is hiring a full-time Test Specialist (Mechanical/PCL) to lead validation and qualification testing of thermal and fluid-cooling systems, including passive cold plate loops and vertical rack manifolds. The role involves developing test plans, interpreting thermal and fluid data, conducting mechanical, pressure, flow, HALT, and reliability tests, troubleshooting failures, preparing technical documentation, and supporting engineering improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field, at least three years of testing experience, SolidWorks design experience, instrumentation and DAQ knowledge, and experience qualifying electromechanical systems.
