Description
SpaceX is hiring a Test Stand Design & Build Engineer to support the development and production testing of Starship/Raptor, Falcon, and Dragon engine and vehicle hardware in McGregor, Texas. The role involves designing, building, activating, modifying, and maintaining fluid and mechanical systems; owning engineering projects from design through construction; troubleshooting equipment; and coordinating with test operations to meet tight deadlines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least one year of hands-on design or build experience, with additional experience in industrial engineering, fluid or structural systems, CAD, and fabrication preferred. The position requires extended hours, weekends, emergency response, and physically demanding work in outdoor and confined environments.
