Humanetics is hiring a full-time Test Supervisor for a daytime-only role based at Fibercore House, Southampton. The position oversees the Test team, coordinates workloads and throughput, supports day-to-night handovers, and collaborates with Engineering and Manufacturing. The role also requires significant hands-on work as a Test Technician, operating proof test machines, performing geometric and optical measurements on optical fibre products, recording results, monitoring trends, and maintaining test equipment. Candidates need practical experience with test and measurement equipment in a manufacturing or technical environment, a minimum of five GCSEs including Maths and a Science subject, and strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
