Acuity Insights is hiring a fully remote Test Support Operations Associate in Canada to support the end-to-end operations of Casper situational judgment tests. The role includes preparing test cycles, monitoring testing, investigating and resolving operational issues, supporting retakes and applicants, maintaining documentation, improving processes, and thoughtfully using AI and other tools. No prior test operations experience is required, but candidates need professional fluency in English and French, organization, reliability, attention to detail, clear communication, problem-solving, judgment, calm under pressure, collaboration, and a learning mindset.
