Description
Plexus is hiring a Manufacturing Test Technician to develop and sustain test and inspection programs across one or more manufacturing test platforms. The role involves troubleshooting test equipment and software, debugging products, supporting root-cause failure analysis, leading calibration and preventative maintenance, developing test programs and training, and maintaining program integrity. It requires an associate's degree in electronics, less than one year of related experience, and hands-on experience with AOI, AXI, Flying Probe, and ICT programs and fixtures. The position works Sunday through Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. in a manufacturing environment and offers an annual salary range of $45,300 to $67,900.
